Rich Contracting Company was founded in May 2021 and is based in the Phoenix
Metropolitan area of the great state of Arizona. Tiffany Rich is the founder and
President of the company and essentially has grown up in the industry. Having
worked in construction and Project Management for over 20 years, Tiffany brings
her extensive knowledge and experience to every project.
The team at Rich Contracting Company is our greatest asset. Grounded in
developing strong relationships with our clients, maintaining high levels of
communication and ethical practices, and providing a full range of services
throughout the construction process. Taking on a limited number of projects each
year ensures that each project is methodically and precisely handled from start to
